Grand Theft Auto IV is the fourth most popular game franchise from Rockstar. The player assumes the role of Niko Bellic, a European who goes to America in search of better living conditions and to put his past behind apparently black.
The game is set in Liberty City, this time much clearer allusions to the New York City, it is possible to see characteristic features of the site faithfully reproduced, as the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge. The protagonist is apparently a European immigrant who goes to town looking for a new life.
Thanks to the RAGE engine (Rockstar Advanced Game Engine), GTA IV's graphics are impressive, with effects of light and shadow very well done. The game will be released for PS3 and Xbox 360, its producers, additional episodes will be available sometime after launch.
During the first trailer, the protagonist says that he killed, kidnapped and sold several people, intending to change life in the new city. Coming from Rockstar, it is known that this can only be a great irony, is not it?
